As Global Head of External Affairs and Strategic Relations, Charlotte is responsible for building strategic partnerships, international collaborations, and creating curated moments to elevate the impact of ‘doing well by doing good’ and responsible business.Prior to ServiceNow, Charlotte led Global Strategic Relations at Salesforce and worked in senior management roles focusing on customer success and business transformation in the telecommunications industry at Verizon and Worldcom. She has been a key contributor to ongoing global conversations on the evolution of global impact initiatives and the power of the stakeholder economy between sectors at forums like COP and the World Economic Forum. Importantly, her belief in the power of business to improve the state of the world is central to her philosophy as a seasoned CSR professional.
