Natasha is a results-oriented leader passionate about driving mission-driven organizations toward strategic growth, innovation, and impact. As Vice President of Social & Environmental Impact at Twilio, she oversees teams focused on crisis response, environmental sustainability, ESG initiatives, employee impact, grants, and impact investing. Natasha collaborates with legal teams to ensure ethical product use, aligning Twilio’s values with its operations. Previously, Natasha served as Director of Legal at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, where she played a pivotal role in guiding legal and philanthropic strategies. As Council Chair for the Standards for Excellence Institute,  Natasha champions ethical governance and accountability in the nonprofit sector
