Flexport’s pivotal role in delivering timely aid during crises—including the war in Ukraine, wildfires in California, and emergencies in the Horn of Africa—alongside their stewardship of in-kind product donations, highlights their agility and commitment to humanitarian impact.

As the impact arm of Flexport, Flexport.org was established to create a more effective and efficient system for distributing humanitarian aid. By working closely with NGOs, nonprofits, and humanitarian coordination bodies, they ensure disaster relief cargo reaches those in need across more than 60 countries. Shipments funded by the Flexport.org Fund have already reached over 100 million people worldwide.

Through substantial contributions and logistical expertise, Flexport.org has responded swiftly to emergencies in Ukraine, Pakistan, Türkiye, Northwest Syria, Gaza, and Sudan. Their support in delivering critical supplies—such as non-food items and emergency shelters—has provided displaced families with essential safety and protection.
